Return & Refund Policy

Dongguan Junyan Jewelry (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a professional stainless steel jewelry manufacturer focusing on OEM & wholesale bulk orders. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all sample orders and bulk wholesale purchases placed on https://junyanco.com. By submitting orders, you fully agree to the following return, exchange and refund terms.

1. Definition of Product Categories

1.1 Ready Stock Standard Jewelry

Finished stainless steel jewelry with fixed sizes, colors and designs, no custom logos, engraving or personalized modifications.

1.2 Custom OEM / ODM Products

All goods with custom engravings, brand logos, adjusted sizes, customized plating colors, private molds or special packaging, made according to your exclusive requirements.

1.3 Sample Orders

Small-quantity samples for quality inspection before mass wholesale orders.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Return & Refund Available Cases (Only for Ready Stock Items)

You may apply for return or full/partial refund within 15 calendar days after receiving goods if all below requirements are met:

1. Products have unbroken original packaging, no scratches, oxidation, wear, disassembly or artificial damage;
2. All accessories, tags, packing bags are complete and unused;
3. Clear photos/videos proving product quality defects (e.g., uneven polishing, color fading before wear, wrong size shipped by our mistake);
4. Goods are not customized OEM products.

2.2 No Return / No Refund Situations

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges or refunds under these circumstances:

1. All custom OEM/ODM jewelry (engraved logos, custom sizes, exclusive molds, personalized plating);
2. Goods damaged by improper use, collision, chemical corrosion, long-term sweat erosion or artificial wear;
3. Orders over 15 days after delivery without valid quality proof;
4. Bulk wholesale orders where you confirm samples before mass production;
5. Sample orders (samples are for reference only; sample fees are non-refundable, but will be deducted from your subsequent bulk order payment);
6. International shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes generated during return logistics (borne by buyer);
7. Discounted clearance items, promotional special batches.

3. Refund Process

1. Submit support request via our official email jeff.junyanjewelry@gmail.com or WhatsApp +86 189 2924 0785, attach clear photos/videos of defective goods, order number and delivery receipt;
2. Our customer service will review your application within 3 working days and reply with a return authorization number;
3. Ship goods back to our factory address at your own shipping cost, mark the return authorization number on the outer package;
4. We will inspect returned items within 7 working days after receiving the package;
5. Qualified refund will be processed via your original payment channel (PayPal/Stripe) within 5–10 working days after inspection approval.

4. Exchange Rules

1. Ready stock products with factory-side defects support free one-time exchange; buyer only bears return shipping cost to our factory;
2. Size/color mismatch caused by your wrong selection during order cannot be exchanged; you need to place a new order separately;
3. Custom products cannot be exchanged for other styles or specifications.

5. Damaged Goods During Shipping

1. Please open the package and inspect all items in front of the courier when receiving the parcel; take full photos/videos if packages are broken or goods are damaged;
2. Contact us immediately within 48 hours after delivery with complete evidence; we will arrange re-production or partial compensation after verification;
3. No compensation will be offered if you confirm receipt without inspection and claim damage after the courier leaves.

6. Liability Limitation

1. Stainless steel jewelry will naturally oxidize slightly after long-term contact with sweat, perfume, seawater or chemicals, which is not regarded as product quality defect; we do not support returns for this situation;
2. Minor manual craft differences (tiny polishing traces, slight color deviation between batches) are normal for handmade jewelry and not eligible for return;
3. We shall not be responsible for losses caused by delayed delivery due to international customs inspection, natural disasters or carrier delays.

7. Policy Modification

We reserve the right to adjust this Return & Refund Policy without prior notice. The latest version will be updated on this page automatically. Your continued order placement means recognition of the updated terms.
